About

I have always been drawn to work that helps people live with greater dignity, gives communities a meaningful voice in decisions that affect them, and protects the natural world we share with future generations.

That commitment led me to anthropology and social development, and eventually to work in environmental and social risk, institutional accountability, development finance, data, and technology. Across these fields, I have worked with communities, project teams, clients, technical specialists, and institutional leaders. Each experience has deepened my understanding of how organizational decisions become real consequences for people and the environment.

Why this work matters to me

I believe lasting improvement begins with compassion: listening carefully, respecting different forms of knowledge, and understanding how a decision will be experienced by the people it affects. Compassion becomes more powerful when it is supported by evidence, clear responsibility, and the institutional capacity to follow through.

This is where I make my strongest contribution. I help people bring different perspectives together, understand a complicated problem, and develop a shared path forward. I connect strategic intent with practical implementation—clarifying objectives, organizing evidence, identifying responsibilities, and helping leaders and teams coordinate change across professional and organizational boundaries.

How I help create change

I try to lead improvement from within, working alongside colleagues and clients rather than standing apart from the challenges they face. I listen for what people value, where they encounter friction, and what they already know about making the system work. From there, I help create the shared language, structures, and feedback needed to move from a promising idea to sustained practice.

Data systems are an important part of this work. I use structured information, maps, visualizations, workflows, and decision tools to make complex conditions easier to understand and act upon. These tools help people see patterns, identify risks earlier, preserve institutional knowledge, and make decisions that are more consistent, transparent, and accountable.

My work brings together human understanding, environmental and social judgment, institutional strategy, and practical technology. I hope to leave the people and institutions I work with better able to learn, collaborate, and improve—and better equipped to make decisions that expand opportunity, respect human dignity, conserve our planet, and serve generations still to come.
